Thank you for the extraordinary product and service that you and the staff of Corner Stone Granite have provided us. We are absolutely delighted with the granite counter tops that were installed last week and we are very appreciative of the care and attention that we received from all involved with the process.

Our first impression of your company was at the Ohio Home and Garden Show in February. We were attracted by your striking display and then convinced in talking with you that the approach of Corner Stone Granite would meet our needs. In assessing our kitchen layout, Janie was very helpful and professional and gave us the technical and financial infromation we needed to decide to move forward.

Your practice of allowing and encouraging customers to view and select granite from several distributors was a major selling point. During that process we visited four distributors, seriously considered half dozen possibilities, and received updated quotes and information from Kathy and Janie as we went. The personnel at all of the distributors were extremely helpful (and patient) and all indicated that they had positive experiences working with Corner Stone Granite. After numerous visits and much deliberation we made our choice of granite at IGM.

When you met with us for the final measurements, we appreciate the time that you took to answer our many questions and to help us feel comfortable with a decision that would literally affect us every day in our home. During the markup of the template on the slabs, Eric and Jonathan were equally helpful and considerate. They were creative and patient as we all tried to find the best orientations and sections for the physical layout of the kitchen.

The installation was handled expertly by Patrick and Zach. We were impressed by their professionalism and care and quickly felt comfortable with their work in dismembering a kitchen that we had lived with and enjoyed for 16 years. As promised they finished the work in a single day and left a magnificent set of counters and an island in a clean kitchen.

Melissa was enormously helpful with our selection of plumbing supplies and in handling a number of other plumbing needs during the day she was with us. She is an excellent partner to Corner Stone Granite in your work.
